Complete high dusting to remove dust and cobwebs from the corners and walls

Detailed wipe down of all vents, light fixtures, fans, baseboards, and outlet/switch plate covers with microfiber cloth

Wipe each blinds slat front and back and window sills with a microfiber cloth 

Full wipe down of front and back of interior doors including closet doors, door handles, door hinges and door frame.

Clean sliding glass doors and storm doors inside/outside

Clean all mirrors throughout the home including the frame

Vacuuming of all floors carpet/hard surfaces with professional Shark equipment

Use vacuum detachments and hoses to get hard to reach areas for extra detail

Mop all hard surface flooring

Vacuum and mop staircases

Wipe down staircase handrails and spindles 

Wipe down front door and any glass inside and out as it applies

Vacuum inside closets and clean baseboards where applicable 

Wipe tops, fronts, and sides of furniture, move any furniture that is light enough for 2 people to move, vacuum and mop and then replace.

Straighten up and make beds 

Change sheets *upon request

Straighten up couches pillows and throw blankets

Vacuum/pet hair removal from couches where applicable

Vacuum under beds (when clear) and mop underneath as well

Wipe down counters thoroughly, including moving and  wiping down all items on the counter and replacing neatly and wiping down all backsplash.

Wipe down top of cabinetry including crown molding and any items sitting on top of cabinets.

Wipe down fronts and sides of cabinets as well as opening the cabinetry doors to get the ledges and hinges on the inside.

Sanitize sink and clean inside garbage disposal with brushes and special soaps

Clean window/windowsill above the sink

Clean inside of microwave

Clean inside oven and refrigerator *upon request

Wipe outside of all appliances and apply stainless steel cleaner on stainless appliances including opening refrigerator and dishwasher doors to clean edges where fingerprints build up

Wipe down the dining table, islands, dining chairs and barstools, including removing pet hair from chair legs.

Take out trash to garbage bin and replace with fresh trash bag as well as wipe down the trash can sides and top.

Scrub tubs and showers; walls, floors, grout lines and drains with white erasers and brushes

Detail the inside and outside of all glass shower doors

Wipe down all tile on walls

Sanitize sinks, faucets, and vanity fixtures

Shine sink handles and faucets

Wipe down cabinet fronts and sides as well as open the cabinet to clean the inside door and hinges

Clean toilets top to bottom, including using brushes in hard to reach areas

Wipe toilet roll holders and towel holders

Clean mirrors

Hand-wash floors and baseboards

Full wipe down of front and backs of doors and door handles

Empty trash, wipe down trash cans, provide fresh liners for small bathroom cans
